My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable overall. The rooms were a little small and dark with no view, but still spacious with super-sized single beds. The cleanliness of the room and toilet was satisfactory. The availability of internet access was convenient, although the lack of a view could be a downside. The service was a mix of very helpful and friendly assistance, but also included moments of being ignored. The location was fine, offering easy access to a mart and monorail, with only a short distance to the bustling International Road for dining and shopping. The dining options were good but slightly expensive, prompting guests to explore other nearby alternatives. The facilities seemed to meet basic needs without any standout features.
